Nose of oak, smoke, tobacco and campfire ash. Ripe dark fruits, vanilla, oak, prune and raisin. Fine, velvety and warm.
Excellent for roast meat, stewed red meat, grilled pork, aged cheeses, cold cuts and salami, sliced beef, game, meat and game stew.
