TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow colour with fresh and greenish highlights. Demonstrating all the characteristics of the variety with peach, apricot, pear and apple flavors as well as a delicate bouquet of white flowers. Rich taste, almost oily, with a lively acidity and long lasting aftertaste. Suitable for at least three years of maturation.
