On the palate, it is full-bodied, complex, and mineral, delivering an intense character with a long and persistent finish that reveals layers of vanilla, fruit, white pulp, and delicate floral notes. It pairs beautifully with fine dishes and seafood, as well as delicate meat dishes and a variety of cheeses.
