"BICENTO 53" Aglianico Campi Taurasini 2019, Nativ

The Nativ Bicento is a full-bodied red wine from Campania, Italy, made from 200-year-old, pre-phylloxera Aglianico vines grown in volcanic soil. The name "Bicento" literally translates to "twice 100", referencing the age of the vines. 

TASTING NOTES
Complex and intense aromas and flavours typically including dark plums blackberries cherries chocolate sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon) and earthy mineral notes. 
The wine is known for its full body structured acidity and smooth tannins.
Pairings: Its robust character makes it an ideal pairing for hearty dishes such as red meat game lamb meaty lasagna or strong aged cheeses.
