TASTING NOTES:
This wine expresses best the soul of the Etnean lands. Its mineral and brackish notes recall the character of an ancient and powerful land, strongly linked to its ancestral legends.
The Carricante grapes give us a typical and characteristic wine from which the distinctive floral notes of the Etna maquis. The unique minerality typical of this area emerge strongly. You may greatly combine it with Sarde a Beccafico (Sicilian Stuffed Sardines) or fish soup, or with a sumptuous dish of native salami garnished with cubes of pecorino cheese with black pepper.
