TASTING NOTES
Plush and expressive, the Experimental Red Blend spills ripe black cherry and plum, lifted by violet and warm baking spice. Medium-plus body with fine, cocoa-dusted tannins and a refreshing line of acidity. Silky yet energetic, finishing with graphite and dried thyme. Great with grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses.
