TASTING NOTES
Intense pale lemon, the nose expresses citrus, peach & pear perfumes with hints of brimstone & flint stone. It closes with herbs & sweet spice. On the palate it is complex, full bodied with a fresh sapid acidity that completes the sip.
AGING & FERMENTATION
Grape maceration and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature for 4 months on the skins in cement barrels. The wine is aged for three years on its own yeasts.
