- Winemaking Style: Low-intervention, organic, unfined, and unfiltered. It is fermented with wild vineyard yeasts partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in fragrant acacia wood barrels.Â
- Alcohol Content (ABV): 13%
Tasting Notes
- Aroma: Highly expressive and floral, showing dominant notes of white flowers, orange blossom, jasmine, ripe peach, apricot, and citrus zest.
- Palate: Dry, medium-bodied, and smooth with a rich, textured mouthfeel. Flavours of stone fruits and fresh pear are balanced by a lively, crisp acidity and a clean, gently savoury finish.
