TASTING NOTES:
Ruby red with almost impenetrable violet reflections, fruity, with a hint of vanilla and liquorice. Oak essence permeates the entire bouquet. Amarone, a dry red, and Recioto, a sweet wine, follow the same patterns mix, but they are made from grapes left to dry for a few months before pressing. Full body with long aftertaste.
AGEING:
In French barrique takes about 24 - 30 months, the following ageing in the bottle varies from 6 to 12 months.
