"Petali" Liatiko, Diamantakis

TASTING NOTES:
Liatiko is one of the most planted, native, red grape variety of the Cretan vineyard. Because of its complex character, Liatiko is a difficult grape variety for cultivation and vinification. Petali is a fresh, red wine, exclusively made from Liatiko variety and matures in the tank for 12 months before bottling. The pale red colour, the delicate tannins and the rich, intense aromatic profile of red fruits and spice are the most special features of Petali wine.
