TASTING NOTES
Aromas of honey, quince, raisin and chocolate accompany the rich flavour of our Commandaria.
With aging, Commandaria develops an amber hue, its aromatic composition is enriched, and its various notes are highlighted, thus creating a balanced yet complex ensemble.
It is served at 12 – 16 °C and accompanied perfectly by cakes, tarts, fruit-based desserts, dried nuts and fatty cheeses.
