TASTING NOTES
The wine is pale yellow with a very slight green tinge. The nose is delicate and precise, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and exotic fruits. The attack is direct and lively. This wine presents a chiseled, mineral profile complemented by a pleasant roundness of fruit on the mid-palate. It is a beautiful expression of Loire Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone soil.
